Our story began in 2018 with the founding of i2iNetworks, a technology-driven company focused on providing small to mid-sized businesses with dependable IT solutions. The vision was clear: simplify technology and help businesses grow with secure, reliable, and scalable IT services.

Throughout 2019, i2iNetworks grew its client base through exceptional service and strong word-of-mouth. We expanded offerings in network management, helpdesk support, and foundational cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs.

As businesses adapted to a remote-first world in 2020, we rose to the occasion by rolling out remote infrastructure, endpoint security, and cloud-based collaboration tools. Our support helped clients navigate uncertainty with resilience.

i2iNetworks made strategic investments in automation, monitoring, and cloud migration services. We expanded our internal technical team and launched 24/7 support to keep up with growing demand.

We enhanced our automation frameworks, improved our 24/7 helpdesk and monitoring systems, and introduced compliance support, risk assessments, and cloud infrastructure management as standard offerings. Now in 2025, we are proud to announce our rebranding to GuardExis. This new identity reflects our evolution into a modern, security-first Managed IT Services Provider. GuardExis symbolizes our commitment to guarding digital environments while delivering proactive, innovative, and scalable IT services. Our transformation from i2iNetworks to GuardExis marks not just a name change, but a commitment to excellence, growth, and the future of IT service delivery.
